My parents brought Ashby, Kael and I to the Living Planet Aquarium. Last time Kael went he was like 4 months old so I was pretty excited! They Absolutely loved it! Ashby was saying "shish.. shish..." the whole time and Kael just stared! At one point my mom pointed out a sea horse and told Ashby what it was and he said " I know.." :D He loves animals. Ashby was also excited when I showed him the Nemo fish. We saw Dory too. The best part though was seeing the sharks and turtle. We stood Ashby and Kael right up against the glass and we stood behind them. There are a lot of sharks and they would swim past again and again and we would say "hi shark" Kael would wave to the shark as it went by. At one point a shark was close to us and Kael tried to reach out and touch it. :D There is also a turtle with the sharks. You usually can't see the turtle real well. It usually stays in the back but this time it would poke his body out on the corner we were at and then would go back. It did this a few times and then the last time he kept bumping his head into the glass because he was to give Ashby and Kael kisses so badly. Ash got nervous at some point and I know Kael jumped when a shark would come into view all of a sudden. I didn't take any pictures because it was too fun to stop and get the camera out during this time.
We stayed and Listened to two under the sea books. Ashby and Kael both liked it! They sat so still listening to the stories! So cute!
My mom and dad got Kael this fishing puzzle as a souvenir. Kael thinks it is so cool! :D
