For Valentine's Day Ammon took the whole day off. School and everything. We made German pancakes for breakfast and then went to Gnomeo and Juliet with Kael around 3:00. He was tired and didn't fall asleep just sitting there. Ammon had to stand up and rock him to sleep while watching on the side. When he fell asleep, Ammon came back and sat with me. Kael woke up a little before it ended. The movie was cute but it wasn't amazing or anything. We then went to Village Inn to get free pies with our meals. We both got steak and shrimp. It sounded good and it was alright but the steak seemed a little weird. I felt so sick the next day! (I think it was food poisoning,) Kael liked the mashed potatoes. Then we just went home. On Ferbuary 24th, Jaime had her 3rd baby! Kobe! :D He was 6 lbs, 11 oz and 18 1/2 in. Close to Kael's weight! Kael was 6 lbs 10 oz and 19 1/4 in. Anyway he is so cute! Jaime did good! it went quick! He is such a cute little guy! See for yourself!
Other things recently...
Kael got his second tooth in the middle of February. On the bottom and his right. He looks so cute with his two teeth! He can still pretty much eat anything even though he doesn't have any top ones to help out! :D
Kael also got pink eye! :( Everyone has been getting sick with the cold and having it turn into pick eye. I got an ear infection instead and man do those kill! I don't want to see Kael get one! Luckily his pink eye went away really fast. I couldn't see red the next day! It didn't seem to bother him at all. He didn't rub his eyes at all or whine.. He was perfectly happy while he had it!
Ammon has spent three nights away from home (first time ever since we have been married!) doing homework at UVU! They work all night in the computer lab for their short film and game thing.
Kael has learned to get into everything! He opens the cabinets and drawers and gets into it all. He is always bumping his head ad fingers and nose etc. Thank goodness he cannot open the refrigerator yet. Whenever we open it he is right there to get into to stuff! He is so silly!He has also first learned to walk with holding only one of our hands. Now he can walk about three steps completely on his own. He isn't confident yet so he gets a little nervous but he is doing so good! He will be walking completely by himself in no time! :D
Kael has been finding more foods he loves like nectarines, peaches, bananas, pb&j, turkey sandwich, he loves to eat and is better at feeding himself.
We went to Karlee's Baby Shower! :D Kael was the center of attention with all the girls! He loved it!
Kael has been able to go outside more! Playing with Ashby in Grandma's backyard, watching the fountain at the movie theatres, walking Sydney to and from school, and Playing at the playground with Kaden and Shalynn.
