Ouch!

We had a scary thing happen today! Ammon was playing with Kael and was kind of swinging him around and all of sudden Kael was crying. He doesn't usually just cry so we knew something was wrong. We tried figuring it out and then we noticed every time we moved is left arm he cried. He would not move it himself either. It was so sad. I thought maybe something got pulled or torn and it would prevent him from learning to crawl soon. I was so sad to see him like that. We set him on the floor for a little bit while we waited for his Dr appt. we just made. He usually hung out on his tummy playing and batting at his toys but now he just laid there on his back batting his toys as much as he could with only one arm. It was the saddest thing. He couldn't roll over or anything. He looked so helpless. Then we left early to go to the Dr because we were so anxious to help him. On our way, I even got a smile out of him. He is such a brave happy boy! I love him dearly! When we got to see the Dr. We told her what happened and she said it sounded like a dislocated elbow and when she felt his arm she could tell it was and she popped it back in to place. The two bones on each side of the elbow like switched places so it hurt to move. She fixed it so easily and Kael was instantly excited and smiling and laughing when she fixed it. It was his way of showing her how grateful he was for her to make it better! I was so happy to have him be able to move it again!
