Food!

Kael has started solids and he loves it! He loves mostly everything. His first solid food was sweet peas! When I tried pears for the first time he loved it so much but soon after I started feeding him, I noticed the side of his face was turning blotchy red! I was so scared! I was so afraid that it was a sign of allergies and that his tongue would start to swell up too. He was kind of acting funny and he seemed to be weird with his tongue so I made Ammon come home from work early to ease my mind. Looking back I feel stupid for acting like that! I was so nervus though. I then realized it was all the fruits because they have ascorbic acid. I figured I would just prepare all his fruits myself and then later we can try again. It didn't happen as bad. Since then he does get red on his face when he tries certain things for the first time. But yes.. Kael Loves to try new foods! He doesn't like carrots. that is probably the only one I noticed! I am so excited for all the new things he gets to try.
