Christmas time!

Ammon was really busy for most of December. I wasn't until the 17th that he could relax. Finals were over. The next week we tried to get in a lot of Christmas things. We went to Gardner Village and saw the elves. The elves were really cute but it was absolutely freezing outside! The wind just froze ya to the bone. We tried seeing most of the elves then went to sassy babies and the candy store of course. I wanted caramels so bad but they didn't have any made. We got chocolate covered caramels and a variety pack of fudge. Neither were that great. Next time.. My yummy caramels and whatever kind of fudge Ammon wants. I don't like fudge anyway! Sydney wanted to see more of the elves because she said we weren't there long enough but it was just way too cold.

We went and saw Santa twice! Once at the South Towne mall. Ammon and I went right when the mall opened and loved watching Kael stare at Santa! He was so amazed with him. He was too tired otherwise I think he would have smiled. He wasn't scared at all but that will probably be next year!

Then we saw Santa at Thanksgiving Point with Jaime, Sydney and Grady! We saw two reindeer outside first, then went and stood in line. I was a long line and took forever! The worst part was that when they gave me the picture, Kael's eyes were shut! so annoying! I don't have the pic on the computer yet so if I ever get it on I will add it! Then we ate dinner. Kael tried a pickle and loved it. Then we went to see the light drive through style. Kael fell asleep.

Then the day before Christmas Eve, we went to see the lights at Temple Square. It was really cold! Kael was all bundled up in his stroller but of course wanted out. We went with Kylie and Jake and then met up with Josh, Jandi and Ashby. It was crowded and cold. Next time we are going to go see the lights in November when it isn't so packed and freezing!
